Professional Development Report
This ssignment required a written professional development report submitted in week 9. It focused on documenting growth outside of the ordinary coursework itself.
The deliverable was a document showing how we adhereed to the specified requirements.
Assignment Requirements
The report asked students to document how consistently assignments were submitted on time, list academic and professional development events attended during the term, describe community engagement, include links to a work portfolio, and provide a final reflection.
Reflection
While this report felt broad at first, it encouraged a more intentional approach to career development. It frames professional growth as something that can be planned and measured throughout a term instead of left to chance.
