CONCEPT
Following this tutorial, I created a turtle racing program (source code here) and implemented a basic betting system after the tutorial. I would have liked to do more with this, but I ran into some issues (pickle not working as I want it to), and this is probably something I'll redo in the future. This is just meant as one of many projects I'm trying to do to rebuild my Python knowledge after a long break without use.
